Startup Mentors Rails App
Mentors is an online event scheduling app for creatives and entrepreneurs to book mentors for their next startup. This web app is the second in a series of 12 apps built with Ruby on Rails. Currently the app features authentication, comments between admin and new clients, meeting calendar, and booking. Creating this was an incredible journey because it was created during a difficult period of my life of being broke and homeless.
Learning new tools despite one’s situation has always been a value as it allows one to test their own ability to face adversity while dreaming. Future features will include payment and social media authentication.
